Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends you can ask our team to move you to a paid plan.
How does payment work today?
If you choose a paid plan you go to a checkout that shows the exact amount for your plan, billing cycle and user count before anything is charged. Online payment is not enabled on this deployment yet, so nothing is charged there — we record your order and our team confirms it with you. The free trial is what starts your workspace.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can ask to change or cancel at any time, and until the details are confirmed with you nothing is charged.
Is my company's data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Each company runs on its own database, so your records are kept separate from every other customer's.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The workspace and the attendance screens are built to be used on a phone, including GPS and face check-in on the move.
Which languages are available?
The interface is available in English and हिंदी, and you can switch language from within the workspace.
Who can see our company's data?
Only the people you give access to. Each company runs on its own database, so your records are never mixed with another company's, and inside your workspace what a person can see follows the role you assign. Platform access is used to support and maintain the service you ask us about.
Where does our data live, and how is it backed up?
Your records live in your workspace's own database, not in a pool shared with other companies. Before a workspace is ever dropped, the platform takes a full database dump, and you can export your records yourself at any time.
Do we own our data, and can we take it with us?
Yes — your company owns its HR records. You can export employee, attendance, leave and payroll data from your workspace whenever you need it, and when you leave you can request a copy or ask us to delete the workspace.
Can you migrate our existing attendance records or Excel files?
We help you set up your company, departments, employees and shifts when you start. If you have existing attendance history or another HRMS to bring across, tell us what you have on the demo request and we will confirm exactly what can be imported before you commit.
What are your support hours and response times?
Support is email-first, Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays. The first reply comes within 1 business day, and anything sent outside those hours is answered on the next working day.
What happens on day 15 of the trial? Will I be charged?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the 14-day free trial ends your workspace stays available, and you choose whether to move to a paid plan. Our team confirms the amount with you before any money is taken.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time before the next renewal; a monthly subscription continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Prepaid 6-month and 12-month cycles are discounted, so they are normally non-refundable, and any refund that is granted is pro-rata for the unused part. A duplicate or failed payment is refunded in full once we verify it.
Will I get a GST invoice in my company's name?
Invoices are issued by Hyluminix Infosystems Private Limited (GSTIN 23AAHCH6362C1ZV) in the name you give us. Share your company name, billing address and GSTIN when our team confirms your order. GST is charged as applicable.
We will add and remove users over time. How does per-user billing work?
The price is per user, per month. You pay for the users on your workspace for the term you choose; adding users later uses the same per-user rate, and the exact amount is always shown before anything is charged.
How does face check-in handle employee consent?
Face check-in is optional. Each employee gives explicit consent at enrolment; the consent is recorded and can be withdrawn at any time, which stops face attendance. The enrolment image is kept for at most 90 days and is deleted immediately when consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted.
